GetItSigned
Upload a PDF. Drop the signature fields. Send a link. Your document comes back signed — legally binding, from any device, in minutes.
The problem
Getting a document signed is broken.
It costs too much
DocuSign charges $2,700 per year. Most people send fewer than 20 documents a year — they're paying a monthly fee for a tool they use occasionally.
It's overkill
Enterprise e-sign tools were built for legal departments with 50-person teams. A freelancer sending a contract or a landlord sending a lease doesn't need Salesforce integration.
Signers need accounts
Many tools force the person you're sending to to create an account before they can sign. That kills completion rates and creates friction for everyday people.
How GetItSigned solves it
Pay only when you send. No subscription. No friction.
GetItSigned is a pay-per-envelope eSignature service. One credit covers one envelope — one PDF sent to any number of signers. You're only charged when the last signer completes. New accounts start with 3 free credits, no credit card required.
How it works
Three steps. Under two minutes.
Upload your PDF
Drag and drop any PDF — a contract, lease, offer letter, NDA, consent form, invoice. No conversion needed. Your document stays exactly as it is.
Place the signature fields
Click to drop signature, date, and initials fields anywhere on the page. Assign each field to a signer. Resize and reposition with your mouse. Takes about 30 seconds.
Send — it comes back signed
Each signer gets a private email link. They open it on any device, review the document, and sign by drawing, typing, or uploading an image. No account needed. When everyone signs, you get the completed PDF with a Certificate of Completion attached.
Who uses it
Anyone who signs paperwork.
GetItSigned is not a developer product or an enterprise platform. It's built for individuals and small teams who send documents occasionally and don't want to pay a monthly fee for the privilege.

Legal & security
Evidence-ready. Tamper-detecting.
Every signed document includes a Certificate of Completion — a separate PDF that records each signer's full name, email address, IP address, timestamp, browser, signing method, and affirmative consent. The PDF is hashed with SHA-256 before and after signing and ships with an embedded tamper-detection manifest. Suitable evidence for ordinary commercial contracts under US ESIGN / UETA and as a Simple Electronic Signature under EU eIDAS. For workflows that require an eIDAS Advanced or Qualified signature (PKCS#7-based, certificate-backed), use a provider that supports qualified trust services.
ESIGN Act (US)
US federal law giving electronic signatures the same legal standing as handwritten ones — audit trail captured per signer
UETA (US)
Uniform law adopted by 49 US states and the District of Columbia
eIDAS SES (EU)
Simple Electronic Signature — legally admissible for ordinary contracts across all EU member states
eIDAS AES / QES (EU)
Advanced and Qualified signatures require PKCS#7 and a qualified certificate — not yet supported
TLS in transit
Traffic encrypted in transit via HTTPS; PDFs stored on Cloudflare R2 with server-side encryption
Tamper-detection
SHA-256 hashes of the original and signed PDF plus an embedded audit manifest — re-hash any time to verify integrity
